Employee Benefit Plan Audits
an easy, painless process
with Yulishana

outstanding service and trusted support

Whether you are a small or large company, or a non-profit organization, Yulishana can perform an audit of your 401(k), or 403(b) plan using a proprietary, streamlined approach.

Our specialization in defined contribution plans allows us to assist you with a Section 103(a)(3)(C) audit and Non-Section 103(a)(3)(C) audit. Let us know if you have questions about which type of audit you need!

At Yulishana, we provide personalized service and first-rate quality through the entire audit process, so you feel confident and cared for. Benefit plan audits are complex and highly regulated by the IRS and DOL. We ensure your plan financial statements are consistent with industry standards so you can focus on growing your business.

Yulishana is a member of the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center; a firm-based membership for firms that audit employee benefit plans. Our team is dedicated to meeting the challenges of performing quality audits in this unique and complex area of accounting

Our founder

Yuli Mihaylov has devoted her career to specializing in employee benefit plan audits, and can ease you through the process.

Yuli is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and a member of the California Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Quality Audit Center. She has her MBA with concentration in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Business. Yuli has worked for small and large public accounting firms for 15 years, specializing exclusively on employee benefit plan audits, and has worked in collaboration with hundreds of service providers nationwide. Her invaluable experience is what makes the audit process painless for her clients.

A retirement plan with over 100 eligible participants at the beginning of the plan year
is considered a “large” plan and requires a set of audited financial statements to be attached to the form 5500 filing. Eligible participants include actively participating employees, eligible but non-participating employees, and terminated employees that have account balances in the plan.

We guide you through the audit process so any issues that surface are resolved
promptly and effectively so there are no last minute surprises.
